Default Anchor and coding gliches on page

In Top Food in Boston 2009 I have 2 problems:
I tried to anchor "top Food in Cambridge" and "Top Food in Newton" with no luck. I found your instructions in the forum and brought up the page. I used the code.<a href="#Cambridgetop">Top Restaurants in Cambridge</a
Obviously I am doing something wrong.
Problem #2. When I try to set the link color to #0000ff ,int,he links that are not that color, the rest of the paragraph becomes underlined and linked . The more I work on this page the more errors appear so I want to leave it along right now. Do I need to give it in for a work order?
As always I appreciate any help you can give me.
Sincerely,
Nancy
