Let me try to explain my issue.

My project here http://dev40.rewtemplates.com/ is not a broker site, its a advertising platform for professionals and nonprofessionals. Now the Lead manager tools are mainly for broker sites, im right? So my question is, what would be the best use of lead manager tool for an advertising site like mine?

If you have 1 or 2 best practices of advertising sites to share with me would be great, ultimately what i triying to understand is how to get out the maximum from lead management. Thanks

Please avoid addressing me directly on the forum. This is not the Aaron forum. Anyway ... Yes - the sites are designed for brokers and agents. I'm not sure how to answer your question unfortunately I don't know about advertising sites , sorry.

Yeah this is sort of asking "how should I run my business" and of course, this is not something the support staff can help advise you on.

The lead manager has many features, each agent, broker etc uses them differently and that is kind of up to you to decide how to manage your leads, what kind of contact you want to have, who are agents in your system etc. Sorry we can't be more help here, but we simply don't know anything about how you are trying to run your business - perhaps post details about your business in say the "real estate chat" section and ask the general membership what they would do.
