Since the action plan I've set up has 3 steps to it over the course of a week. I want to add a button or box to check if the action plan is completed in step 1 or 2 of the action plan.
Let's say agent makes contact with customer and succeeds in our goal completely. I do not want the action plan steps #2 and #3 to still show up in the following days even though the short term follow up for that customer is finished. It's clutter to the agent's LM and will get overwhelming fast (trying to check off boxes for customersr that were really done with the day before or days before). How much to improve the LM action plan in this manner? j

Hi J,
I'm going to go over this with the programmer who coded the action plans and get back to you. Thank you, |

So basically.. you want it so that for action plans, it'll only show the first task and wont show the next until the previous one is done.
So you won't see task 2 if you don't do task 1. You won't see task 3 if you don't complete task 1 and 2... etc.. If that's true - Estimate is .... 3-4 hours. Thank you, |

NO.
Start over. Right now there are 3 tasks in the basic follow up action plan. The action plan (AP) may be complete by performing all 3 tasks over the course of that week. Or the AP could be complete after performing task 1. However if the AP is completed after executing task 1 in the plan, then task #2 is still going to automatically show up on the designated day (in this case day #2) even if the AP was successfully completed when task #1 was completed. There needs to be a completion option for the overall AP when tasks in the AP are done so that later tasks #2 or #3 do not pop up unnecessarily if task #1 achieved our goal -- making a connection and getting customer enrolled into home buyer scouting report. We don't want tasks showing up for customers with whom we already were fortunate enough to achieve our goal in step #1 versus step 2 or 3. Does that make sense? This will help prevent unneccessary task clutter in the action plans so that buyer agents can see a clean screen of those leads who really are still needing more steps of the action plan to be finished.

Hi Jay,
It doesn't make complete sense to us. Why not just remove the from the lead from action plan once it's considered completed? |
