I can see where I can assign a lead to an agent-
1)how does the agent get notified that they have been assigned a new lead 2) what information can they see on the new lead I have been reading the tutorials and looking at the forums and can't get a handle on this Thanks |

#1) They will get an email sent to them. To the email address they have set in the agent manager.
#2) In the email it just sends them the name, email, phone, status, and and comments the lead left. Thank you, |

Does the agent that is assigned the lead get any notification if the lead returns to the site at some time in the future?

No - they do not get an email. Certainly something that could be custom coded though. It does show up in the backend as a returning lead.

Do companies give access to the backend to their agents, so they can see the activity history that the lead has had on the site, or how is that info communicated to the agent who is charge of the lease?

Yes - typically they agents will be set up as an agent in the backend. Then the admin will assign the lead to the agent. They can log in and have access to their leads.
