I considered sugar coating this response but I think you would rather hear the truth. It's horrible!

It's just not professional (design or functionality) at all. I can't really give you recommendations on how to "tweak" it per se' - my advice is get a new site. A point 2 site, wordpress theme anything that is going to at least give you "some" visual appeal. This looks like someone loaded up a shotgun full of html and pointed / fired at the screen.

Sorry to be so blunt, but I can guarantee you today's consumer expects a LOT more than what is on display.

Sorry, but it looks "amateurish" and will never compete with other real estate sites in the Denver area. I would find a real web designer to completely redo this site from scratch.

Can't stop laughing here on that one. Hey Morgan you should crack a few more of those daily here, it could do wonders to my long term health.

As for the site, man, you really need some help. Your first step should be taking the site down right now, that site won't do any good to you online, then get yourself another site. You need to get something that is easy to update by you but that doesn't require knowledge of html, etc. Check to see if your MLS offers a free site, many do, and if not pay for one. If you are going to be in this business for the long haul you need a presentable site.

Good luck!

As others have said, it does need some updating. One positive note is that you actually have a web presence, but there is definately room for improvement. I've seen several successful realtors have antiquated websites...

On further review, it looks like you receive pretty good traffic. Great job....

First impressions are huge but I have to say that I decided to give the site another chance. I visited and did some more browsing. You have to know that here at REW we are used to excellence and thus that's why we can be a bit harsh some times. Here's my new review of your site.

I guess you can keep it but you need to certainly do some work:

1. The home page needs to be more welcoming and organized. You may need to have less colors there or something, but it needs to be more welcoming.

2. All of your links open in new windows, that's very wrong. The pages should be opening in the same window, that way you don't end up with window after window after window. That's annoying.

Your other pages seem to be nicely organized and the site has pretty good SEO actually. I'm surprised. You also have a built in IDX on this site so that's great, but the links need to open on the same window.

It looks like you paid some money for this site so whomever built it for you should be able to help you with these changes.

Good luck and read through these forums, there's amazing information on lead conversion, follow up and website optimization.

I agree with the new site!! If you don't know what you want yet.... At least transfer to something like a point 2 site while you figure out what you want long term.

Very nice pictures of people, they look like happy homeowners.....BUT I gotta agree with the herd on this one, a simple Wordpress blog would be a whole lot more appealing than this.

I went to your site, but it wouldn't load ANYTHING because I have javascript blocked. Might want to change that.
