Hello, I was unsure about which forum to post this in, but I'd like to offer real estate webmasters original content for their websites. Our writers can write on location (if you located in California, Massachussets, CT, etc) or we can write original articles on subject matter (buying your first home).

This is important to add to your site because it allows you to present new content to your viewers, but more importantly it allows the search engines to pick you up faster and place you with a higher rank than another site. To me, that is the most valuable element to having original content on your site.

250 - 400 Words - $12

400 - 600 Words - $15

A few questions:

Is the originality of your articles guaranteed?

Are they created for the exclusive use of your client and guaranteed not to be distributed elsewhere?

I assume that your client owns the rights to the articles, is this true?

I think it would be beneficial to put together a few example articles for relo sites

Why buy a home in "whatever area"
Choosing an "area" real estate agent
Selling your "area home"

In order of your concerns:

1) The originality of all our articles are guaranteed 100%. Our authors may research a topic and cite references, however, they do not include 2nd source material unless they cite it in the footer of the article.

2) They are created for the exclusive use of the client. We also do not refer to the article created even for demonstration purposes, unless express permission has been given by the person who originally purchased the article creation.

3) Yes, the client owns all rights to articles purchased.

I've always been afraid of contacting content writers because I thought their prices would be exorbitant. This list of prices sounds very reasonable. Has anyone else compared prices for original content? I'll be checking out any & all samples provided.
