I need actual scripts I can run my new/future real estate site. It's more of a information portal designed for self promotion. Going quite well actually and I should launch it within a month for links, etc. Have site sponsors like the mortgage professor, etc.

Anyways, part of the site is to offer numerous real estate calculators for various scenarios. I already have that one script that gives the huge amortization table but need more. I'd rather not buy into those calculators that others serve for $150+ a year.

Can someone please help me out? I'm even willing to pay for a bundle of yours if you have any.
