Some of the better ones are Real trans, lighthouse , landamerica, ocwen harbor asset, goodmandean. Theres a bunch of them out there but alot go to reonetwork to find a agent. Phil

I don't mess with REOs generally. Usually they are a lot more work, common commissions, and then a big referral fee...(30%) No thanks!
