No, he included an "s" at the end of his url when there should be none...see the title of his post.
You have two <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> on your index page. You can get rid of that. If the page is really for Utah real estate, you should have more Utah real estate content on the pages. The first real content people see and the bots, are for the national parks in Utah....hmmm. |

I think proximity to the National Parks is one of the great selling points of Utah, but it definitely won't help with the SERPS. Get some meat on Utah Real Estate in the top text position.
