Default Easy to use Listing Script?

Hey Guys, looks like a great forum!

Hope I'm addressing the correct forum here.

I'm new to webmastering but have managed to put together a site. I am looking for a script/plugin/?? for my site so that I can easily put my listings on my site. It would be nice to have some of the extra features such as the ability to email the listing to a friend and BCC me on it, having images get bigger when clicked on, support of Virtual tours, change of status of the home as it goes through the and of course a nice looking layout would be nice too!

I am running PHP scripts on a Linux box but am NOT a PHP guru. I can fumble my way through HTML and am familar with javascripts.

I'd appreciate your thoughts.

I am going to give openrealty a spin. I can only compare it Retreiver 2.0 if you ever head of it.
