Matt this kind of post is unacceptable here at REW - I clicked on the link you posted and it redirected me to the homepage telling me to register. This is solicitation for membership no matter which way you slice it (Whether the content once you register is helpful or not) It is also against our terms of service.

If you want to share helpful advice to the members here at REW, the proper way to do so is to post it here. IF the members like what you have to say and come to respect you as a member, they will visit your website out of interest because it is posted in your signature.

I think you are a good member of this community, but please dont treat it as a stepping stone to grow your membership.

Hi,

A Realtor.com survey shows that responding immediately to an online lead / web form inquiry improves chances of converting the prospect into a sale by 20%.

The key here is prompt response. This is all the more important in case of leads from third party sites wherein the same lead is send to a number of service providers. The person who gets to the prospect first has more chance of closing the deal.

CRMs / Contact Managers / Add-ins to CRMs automate this process by sending auto reponse emails scheduling follow-up etc.

Regards,
Reuben.

Not something that happened purposely. The thread itself is old and points to a document that existed on a old version of the site, before it went through a redesign. I think the way the site is built if a document can't be found the user is redirect to the front page.
