I noticed there is about 12 - 20 guests on here at all times! what gives, register people !

Ho Boss, so why not e-mail 1400 real estate sites to let them know you exist.
Hard work I know, coz I just spent two months doing just that.

I noticed there were several guests on right now too.. so I logged on to add to the "members online"...LOL

But no one seems to answer any of my posts... Borring post maybe?...

hey I answer your posts lol Patti, I have a full time staff that do nothing but link exchange and emailing agent to come check us out, we get tons of link exchanges but only a very small % of those people actaulyl sign up, many realtors are still a little shy about technology or else they hoarde their secrets so that they dont give up their hard fought #30 position, when if they came here hung out and shared info they would have to suffer through sharing the top ten with their competition that may also be here as were probably in the 30's before had as well lol

I just have to change the mentality, it will take time but as shown by the more then 200 members, a lot of realtors are seeing the light on the net and starting to realize that colaborating is much better then fighting alone

There are 77 members who have 0 posts.

There are 140 ( including the 0's) members who have less then 5 posts, and the majority of them has 1 post.

so really there are like 20-30 people who actually post and share information.
