In my opinion, google base is going to impact how articles are advertised and sold, watch out ebay, amazon, MLS, craigslist...

Also, posting to google base will certainly drive traffic to your site.

I see it gives a link to e-mail you but I don't see any kind of link to your web site. Do you think that's good enough? I mean, is it worth the effort to list properties without getting a link back to your site?

Good point. I initially put the website addresses at the bottom of the ad copy.

As of today, Google does not allow HTML formatting therefore limiting us designers to straight ad text.

But, after your post, I did edit to include the website addresses at the top of copy.

Also, ads can be configured to go directly to a web site; I'm working on them now.

none specified, merely "rollin my own"

Have you tried the bulk in RSS format?

no, but them I don't have a large list of entries to make. It would be different if my realtor customers wanted me to submit a batch of properties -- shouldn't be too difficult to formulate a method.
