Really good stats and I was happy to see that Chicago looks to be in good shape. The market here hasn't been as hot as most around the country so that has made us one of the cheapest major metro areas. That and the jobs are starting to pick up which is what will keep any market strong.

Yes, very good report. I actually sent it to a few prospective buyer clients who had been on the fence worried about 'too much appreciation' here.

I haven't heard back yet but I found it pretty solid.
