Default Prudential Realty

Does anybody here work for prudential realty? They are the most successful real estate brokerage franchise in my market. I was wondering if anybody knew how their commission setup works and if they let people do loans on the side?

Well if you don't mind could you tell me by private message how it works? I'm really tempted by keller williams in that they have a cap on how much they take per year and they let you co brand your own identity as well.

However, prudential is the #1 office in my market so thats a huge factor. I do know a broker I could probably fund loans through but I would much rather be able to broker my own loans still because this is half of my current business.

well whats the difference in commission structure between the 2?

Is prudential good enough that you can dump files and they'll be coordinated for you?

What would your broker say if you just started working on loans too through your own company?

I really dont know, I'm not sure since our main focus is residential real estate sales.

Are you looking to buy a frachise of one fo the larger RE companies or looking to start with another broker who already has one?
