An REW website success story:

In November of 2004, my wife (the real estate agent) started a new website
she purchased through iHouse. She is an Agent in Davis, California, as
upscale University town in Northern California with a very competitive Real
Estate market. The website sat mostly unused until February of 2005, when I
got interested and started studying the whole SEO subject.

I added content to the site and did almost 300 link exchanges, one at a
time. Within a short time the site moved to the first page of MSN for many
key phrases and also made a few page one placements on Yahoo.

I did learn in the process that my site was framed and as such, many high PR
sites would not link with me, and that some search engines had trouble
seeing all my pages. I also noticed that the site could not get a sniff from
Google. The home page was indexed, but most key phrases never got ranked
anywhere on Google. A couple of key phrases were 10 pages or more deep.

After following the REW forum for a while, I decided to get an REW template
site and move the URL on my wifes website http://www.davishomes2sell.com , to the new REW site.

Working with SEO Kim, SEO Aaron, and SEO George, they modified the existing
template and we loaded all the content and links from the old site to the
new. I also added some new content. I cannot thank the guys at REW enough
for their outstanding patience and tireless hard work. These guys were
always available and willing to help.

The new site went live on October 18th, about one month age.

Within about two weeks (on November 4th), I was on the first page of Google
for 8 of the 10 important key phrases, and was ranked #1 for "Davis Realtor"
and "Davis CA MLS". Now some may say that this happened in the middle of the
"Jagger" update, so maybe it's not all the result of the new website. But I
know that the new design and clean code on the new homepage, compared to the
old, was a huge improvement.

Now it is about 6 weeks from launching the new site and as of my last check
on November 23rd here is where we sit in the search engines for our key
phrases:

In addition to this, In the 10 months we had the old website, we did not get
a listing from the leads it generated. With the new REW site, within 3
weeks, we had listed a new home as a direct result of the contact form on
the site.

Results don't get any better than that.

amazing what a clean website can do for your search engine rankings. The end
results is improved business.

Congratulations! I love my REW template, too, but my url was in the sandbox when I got the template so I can't wait to see when I finally emerge. I'm #1 on MSN for many kw's.

I've had my REW template for only about a month and it already ranks on the 1st page of MSN for some of my main keywords and it also ranks on the 1st page in Google for some lesser keywords! A month old site with brand new domain name getting 1st page Google ranking...guess you have to wonder if that sandbox thingy really exsists.
