First let me give thanks to Rogerdan as I used you as a referral to sign up! My name is Dan and I am in the process of building a real estate website that should make some waves.

I must admit that I am tentative about a review here as all of you might just run with my ideas, but then again I might be giving myself to much credit as well.

I really just want to say hello and ask you all a question before I go back to clamming up in the trees here, does anyone have a resource list of good real estate sites that are of use to those in search of real estate related info on the web.

I would be very grateful for any link resources that you may have on file, thank you again for allowing me on and I hope to engage all of you more as we get closer to launch. Dan

Welcome to the forum. I'm not sure what list you are looking for. I would think the best way to find the best sites is to, of course, search for them. Plus you may be shooting yourself in the foot as it sounds sort of like you are saying "Hi, don't mind me, as I have a lot of secrets I won't share, But if you don't mind sharing yours I'll be more then happy to accept them."

You may find that your ideas are not so new, maybe they are, and of course time will tell. But as my mama use to always say, "You'll attract more fly's with honey then vinegar" I never figured out why you'd want to attract fly's. But my point is you'd fair better being a bit more open and less cocky.

After all if it wasn't for the kindness of Seo guy sharing his knowledge and setting up this forum ( granted I realize his client's benefit from this forum being formed but then so do we)
We'd all be behind the curve.

With that said I'm sure you didn't mean to come across that way. And maybe it's just the mood I'm in that makes it sound that way.

Your still working me aren't you Sward! I'm still gathering good real estate consumer sites that have forums, bulletin boards and resources that people can use to do real estate.
It is basically just if anyone knows of good real estate places to go on the net, then shoot the links up, odds are I may already have it as I have reviewed 2500 sites but I am always in search of new sites with resources to offer my visitors. Free real estate ebooks would be a big plus also if you have a lead on any of those. Thanks again. Dan

Nope! Tools for the general public. Even though I have a couple R.E. licenses I still give people as many resources as I can.:~)
