You do actually have a very nice IDX. If I may make a suggestion however - have your programmer change the priceranges to a dropdown for minimum and maximam as well as make the bedrooms and bathrooms etc with the the "or more" option in the dropdown. Saves having to type in the into and also the "or more" option for beds and baths will allow them to view more properties and increase conversions IMHO

In the past, we actually had these options as pulldowns as well the pulldowns had the "or more" option. We made the change to the current perspective upon the request of both our Realtors and specifically their clients. We had originally thought the same as your suggestion in terms of more conversions, but had an uproar from clients that wanted to do very specific searches with our site which were outside the realm of our pulldowns. It only take a few comments to put the code back which would be your suggestion above. I wonder what the rest of the community here thinks?

This looks great! Many easy options to choose from without getting lost and really reflects searches that are done in your area!!!

I have been hearing that clients want very specific search possibilities, and have specifically heard that some sites that my clients visit do not have the depth of options on the pricing search - I say stick with it for a while and see what happens.
