Hi SEO Guy and anyone else who cares to comment

Take a look at this site and see if anything jumps out at you. This is a new client who's site I will be redoing shortly but my question is, this site had great rankings pre-florida (believe it or not) for the kw's pocono real estate, pocono vacation rentals and many others. The person that had it had taken it down and used what she said was a 301 redirect to send it to a main site that the companies were sharing. Why is beyond me Anyway, the main site was a train wreck so they had the last web person pop it back up and then terminated them. So far, googlebots been by 4 times and still not even cached the index page so I'm thinking I might be missing something.

How long has the site been online for the second time?

I would look at the code I think something maybe wrong with the code within the site. Plus who is amazingspaces? it has your www.vtws.com on it but that has been directed to amazingspaces.


Another thing you may have to consider is could the old company when the site was ranking been using a shadow site or cloaking. I also noticed you dont have any backlinks pointing to it but you have a lot of links going out on it.

I would suggest maybe a brand new design and rewriting the code.

Thanks for the replies The site has been back up for 2 weeks but I really haven't even had time to look it over yet. I got the frantic call that the hosting had been cancelled and the oldwebmaster fired so I wanted to just pop it back up to hold it's place and see if the spider found it or not.

This whole thing was a cluster f*. They are existing advertising clients for years and they thought they had a terrific site due to the $500 per month they were spending on ad words. Even a dog like that will generate something with 400 uniques a day...LOL

Amazing Spaces is the company that got the boot I thought I removed them??? which page did you see it on if you remember?

Atlanta Real Estate, From what I was told, they had a 301 redirect on the url that pointed to their main company site www.century21selectgroup.com also a dog. When it got passed to me the domain was locked with the dns info removed so it's anybodys guess? They have alot of good backlinks that will show eventually I hope unless I can't get it spidered??? Last nights googlebot visit makes 5 and still not cached ... I ahven't had alot of time to look at it yet but I'm scratchin' my head right now.

They were on the home page with your url in print but it was pointing to their domain. It is at the bottom of the page. Just look at all the hyper links

The page is cached now so no problem there if you would like to put the site's URL in your sig it will give it some backlinks from this forum (I know you see PR 0 but trust me this forum has lot of power, its just brand new so doesnt show its PR) but I have a whole slew of PR 8's pointing at it so Gbot is here every 5 mins or so heh, good inticement to post more.

I'm not going to comment on the site because as you say your redoing it, and once its done we can have a good hard inspection. There are lots of link partners here for the site (Or their will be) so once you ahve a new frame layout feel free to post in the link exchange area. And oh yeah dont forget the post a link to real estate webmasters cause you love us so much (Or you will)
