lol... yes sounds like your site is in the same area as mine... MSN loves me... but everyone hates MSn. I recieved more leads from MSN this month for free than I did yahoo and google adwords and overture. So thats good to me. I am number one in MSN under everything pretty much, ie "galveston real estate", "galveston realtor" and so on... check out my site... under my name.. let me know what you think... tips/ideas/critiques

I like it. I've been told by people not to have too many links on the home page but have alink going to a page that has links on it. Creates relevance for each page I think. Also heard the contact forms are better on there own page. I have no idea which is right just what I've heard. But you listings are accessable and that is what people are looking for. If they found your site is was for a reason. To shop for a home. It's getting google to find it that is difficult.

Not bad for an advanced access site. The only thing I dont like about advanced access sites is that the page just goes down down down and more down. But sweet entry for a template site.
