Default Non Hosted IDX Solution

We are looking for a IDX solution that will reside on our servers. We have seen the one at Open Realty but are interested in other solutions out there (hopefully ASP).

We realize we will have to do some customization and get the data convertered but are looking for something to start with.

Thanks

Hello you might want to take a look at www.mls-turbo.com

The password is turbo if you want to try it out?

I have this on my site and it is great!

Is it hosted on their server or can I host it on mine?

I couldn't find any sales information on their site. Do you have a link to that info?

You might want to apply for your data first and find out whether it is rets compatible or not, if it is then you should be able to find some scripts that can help you with the updates and importing. Not all data streams are created equal so it will really depend on whether something has been developed for your market yet or not.
