I am interested in getting a new custom website with IDX integrated on the site. I have talked to my MLS data provider and they said they charge $650 a year for a FTP data feed. Does that sound right or should I be able to get the feed automatically because I am am a MLS/Board member.

After i get the data feed, what does my developer need to do? The feed is in comma, delimited form according to my MLS provider.

Any help would be appreciated?
