Default Mortgage Calculator Script

I've got a couple of potential real estate web design inquiries and need a long term solution for a few items that are likely out there already. I've been doing the seo for real estate and related sites, the design for myriad other types but have never done a straight re site from scratch.

To start with... I need an easy to use/integrate mortgage calculator script. The cheaper the better, and as flexible a licensing as possible. I've looked at a couple of script repositories and there are alot of options. I didn't know if you had any recommendations. I'd prefer to hear from those using similar to reply more so than those writing/promoting them.

What are you guys/gals using?

Any other recommendations on essential functions (just the code) of a good real estate agents site are welcome.

PCDoc: Thanks for the reference, I'll have a look! Anyone else have one that they can recommend, or even not recommend. (ex. Don't use this script because...)

Thanks again.

I also have used the PHP one that was mentioned above.

This one looks pretty good http://www.mortgagecalculatorplus.com/
( costs $99.95 to have them remove the copyright notices)

I most recently hooked up with a Bank Attorney in Nassau County who has been teaching me the business. As a courtesy, I am helping him/building a website for him.

I would like to place mortgage claculators on his site. I am uncertain as to how to do that and as to where I can find a legitmate morgage calculator and instructions on how to install it to the website. I am using network solutions and their internal site builder. Any assitance would be appreciated.

The site is here if anyone is interested.

www.bankattorney.us

Thanks in advance.

Joe
