Thats actually really cool, I checked the bio on www.actualreality.tv for the show - really interesting. First an agent ends up on the national news from their search engine rankings now we are getting attention from television producers

To be honest going any place out of LA is a possibility what we would need is more than 1 flipper in that area. We wouldn't come to Chicago to do just 1 episode, but if we had a group of flips going on around the same time in that area then we'd be more likely to make it work. If you want to mention the idea of the show to your clients and they are interested we can start the casting process and we'll see if we can find a few more out in that area.

Who came first: "Flip This House" or "Flip That House"? Is there an affiliation? If not, is there a pending suit?

Ha ha my understanding is we came first but this is my first time with the show. We are not affiliated with the other show, and as fasr as I know we aren't sueing. I don't think you can copyrite titles. If you watch both shows you will see they are very diffrent. Ours is 100% documentary style, they have a host and "actors". Which is better? Which is worse? I'll leave that up to you.

No doubt they are completely different. Frankly, I think both are two of the most entertaining RE investment shows out there at the moment and have me looking into the flip-factor (instead of spec homes) to cover the troughs.

Your show is way more informative, but the other show is also appealing because it's a real estate company doing the flipping, and well, Ginger does something for me, but that dog's gotta go.
