im a newbie wanting to enter the real estate world and looking to purchase foreclosed houses or houses that need work to bring them back up to value.i need alot of advice.how would i go about doing that .i really dont want to keep the property for more then a couple months i want to buy it and sell it asap . let me know what everyone thinks
