Hi:
I am a new agent working on the MLS and IDX. For the feed that I get from the local MLS board, do I get the listings of the whole country? I am in Boston, MA. Thanks in advance for any pointers. Clement |

No you do not, each board manages their own listings database. You will get the data covering the areas under your boards jurisdiction only

Is there any way to get the coverage of the whole country?

You would have to have membership with each board to be able to display their listings, if I am correct.

But I see a site called MLS.com, how can they get all the listings all over US?

If you click on a state, you go to HomeGain. If you look at the bottom of the page and click the link: "licensed real estate broker" you will see they have licenses in almost all states.
