If most of you will notice Jays Relo-experts website is starting to climb the rankings with your keywords. this is how that site is breaking down for some of your areas. If you all may remember Jays website wasnt ranked for any of these phrases prior to you adding him to your sites. As I have recomended if you continue to link with him at least from what I can see he will pass you on some of your keywords and this could cost you business.

As you all can see relo-experts is climbing up past most of you for your keywords and search phrases. In my humble opinion relo-experts will pass you on more then a few of your keywords and therefore can and most likely will cost you money. The only reason relo-experts is ranking where they are is because of those of you that link to him using your anchor text and with most of you being considered in one form or another an authoratative website.

As I have stated in a past email with the credit that google is giving to directories at this time relo-experts will pass most of you on your keywords and phrases.

Wayne, prior to the recent changes within the group I had given that considerable thought. I had decided to go ahead and join...and take the good with the bad. I think anytime you are a member of any group, you must be willing to do that. However, now that there have been "new developments", I no longer need that to give me any pause.

This is not all the group I didnt have time to do all of that..but I believe that if each member will take a look at their own key phrases they will be able to understand what is happening.

I would like to state all of you know how I feel personally about Jay but as I have stated this is not about my personal feelings about him. This is just hardcore seo statements. I believe that most of us the reason we are on the web is to produce as much business from it as we can. With the way relo-experts is climbing up the rankings it will cost those that use there anchor text with relo-experts business.

Some of you may say that well if people goto his website that they will come to your sites well that isnt always the case. What if a consumer sees a website they like more then yours or clicks on the first site listed you just lost a client. There are a number of possibilities.

Directories are meant to bring traffic from nation and state keywords not local. Only you as a web savvy agent should want your site and yours alone to come up for your local key phrases that you are targeting.

I know some of you may see this as attacking Jay but I can say with 100% honesty it is not. I am just looking at the seo aspects of it.
