I have been around PPC for around 6 years and have often been asked if we manage PPC. Traditionally we have not, however talking to a lot of people at SES kind of got me interested in the viability of PPC especially for the real estate industry.
So here is the question - if REW offered a PPC managment program, would there be interest from the members? Also, what would you like to pay for such a service if it were available.

Of course, no one in my area ,IMHO, has a web site worth staying on and using for more than 30 seconds either (thank you REW). I sure would like to close 6-8 deals a month on PPC, I could afford $2 a pop on every KW. |

I would be interested in learning how to do this properly My Self.

I currently have a small overture thing going right now. But I wouldn't mind some advice on limiting my exposure to click fraud and maximizing roi. ![]()

I'd be interested in additional information.
Where, how and when would these be used? My site is doing excellent in most search engines, but still in the Sandbox with Google despite my PR going up consistently. I've had this site up and running for just about 4 months now. Would this be used in a similar fashion as Google adwords?

I am honestly not a huge fan of overture, I far prefer the interface of google adwords. The first hint I can give for guys like you, who already have traffic coming in from all over the place, create a spreadsheet of search terms that are bringing the site traffic, then group them into price bands - expensive (Area real estate) mid range (Well known but not as competitive - cheap (Here is where you can really shine) There are so many terms that bring in 5-10 hits a month if that, and noone is bidding on them, but that doesnt mean they arent 100% relevant. Create a spreadsheet of a few hundred of these and you can top bid them for like $.25 or less pretty consistantly - Oh yeah and the minimum bid on Google is only a penny

Hey Morgan,
Since you are dealing with real estate agents with "limited" budgets, (even though I am one of the people who asked you if you planned to offer it) how much profit is there on your end for this? |
