I don't know how valuable this directory will be but they are look to put up stiff opposition to JoAnt and it's free to submit.

Real Estate is already quite well developed, but not ranked yet!!!

I think for a directory to have any kind of pull for me these days they need something different. I mean shoot I bet at least 200 of those type of directories go up every day! Took a quick peek and moved on, nothing special to hold my attention

I agree. This particular directory was Free and easy to add a link to. Since I already took the time to look I figured it was worth the extra time to get the link.

as a follow up on illumirate i notice that the links pages are still not cached.

I guess my links weren't good enough. They didn't seem to get included. Oh well!
