Unhappy Google results Plummeted

I run web position 4 reports on my site every day. My site used to come up for 25 different desirable keywords in the top ten on google.

Now it comes up for close to nothing.

The site still has a PR of 4, the site itself still will come up in google if you type in the exact URL but what happened to all my #1 keywords?

I've gone over my sitemaps, I've tried to make sure their is nothing google would consider spam, I can't find a thing.

On my Featured listings page I had links for each home listing that shot them off to realtor.com like the following link: http://www.realtor.com/Prop/1052641581

About two weeks ago I changed it so it shot them off to static pages that I created that look like this:
http://coastalmobile.com/listings/52...rbor-drive.htm
I created about 50 of these static pages.

This is the only major change I have made. Was this enough to upset the datacenters at google? If so I can certainly send all my traffic back to Realtor.com

I still rank Very high in MSN and other engines for my major keywords like Rehoboth Beach Mobile Homes, Lewes beach Mobile Homes and Millsboro Mobile Homes as well as 50 some other keywords, but the same google that loved me two weeks ago has all but forgot about me.

If someone wants to put a little time into finding me a solution I'm happy to send you some $$ PM me an hourly rate and I'll paypal you.

Our busy season is just starting to take off and I can't afford not to be on google.

It looks like you created your coastalmobile site about the same time that I created my condo site. I too had about 30 condo keywords top 5 in G up to last week for over a 6 month period. I haven't made any major changes since I hit top 5. Now my condo site can't be found on G for any of the keywords, although is visited on a daily basis by the Gbot.

Same thing had happened to my main site about 6 months after creation and for almost 7 months the site couldn't be found on G for any keywords. Then all of a sudden at the beginning of this month my main site is everywhere on G for over 300 keywords.

From my personal experience with two different sites the only I can think of is that the G "sandbox" effect starts about 6 to 8 months after the site's creation. I hope I'm wrong.

When I created my first site I didn't pay much attention to the search engines. However, I do remember showing up in Google in the beginning. I've read that new sites sometimes show up with high serps and then they drop (supposedly into the sandbox) for whatever time period it takes. It took my one site 1 1/2 - 2 yrs. to finally re-emerge. I wasn't doing any sneaky tactics, I wasn't banned or anything, I just kept adding as much content as possible and it finally happened. Plus, when I popped out I reached #2 position in Google for my main kw's.

And like magic my rank is back to where it was before it dissapeared.

I have no idea of why google quit listing me but it's been about a month and I'm back on top with google with a number of #1 #2 and #3 placements for my keywords.

Google's "aging delay" may have been the culprit.

i just disappeared on google for my main keyword. I was on page 2 sometimes and mostly on page 3.. I cannot find my site.. I'm still number one for other words. Anything else I can do besides waiting for my site to appear?

That's strange, Kevin. I don't know what to suggest except to ask the people that I ask when I have SE questions: (Link removed)

suz, innocent post, however it is against our terms of service to post links to other forums that cover the same topics as covered here. There are just as many SEO's that are qualified to answer this question here as there are on other boards, thus we dont want to be sending traffic and members away to get answers that are available at REW.

I know you didnt know about this, but we have had previous instances of what we refer to as member poaching, whereby groups of members from other forums come here and sign on, engaging in a forum discussion solely created to post links to their other forums in hopes to solicite our members to their forums, hence the rule was created. I know your intent was good, so please dont take it as me coming down on you, it's just I have to let people who arent aware of the rules to know these things instead of just deleting thier posts.

Kevin how old is your site?
