Although Ulster is a town, can you make one for Ulster County?

(we're a rural county about 75 miles north of NYC. If I can only list one city, I'd like it to be New Paltz)

It's there - in the New Paltz section - Nancy go to the directory, click on new york, then at the bottom of that page there is a list of cities, click on new paltz your link is in the middle of that page.
