In terms of the directory it is for realtors and broker sites only, the site you have submitted is a web design site, there is no place in the directory for it.

In terms of what is acceptable linking policy for our directory - you can "format" it any way you want, however in terms of our submission policy, you cannot change the link itself. It must be a static html text link to the page listed.

I believe the site he wanted added was byramrealty.com, the anchor text was "Real Estate Webmasters" versus "Real Estate" and the url was the non-www version.
