With the site having a new look and different content screw up its ranking
It will most probably boost the rankings. That is, if it was a generally 'static' site, as most real estate sites are, adding relevant content, everyday, will certainly appeal to the search engine spiders.

Thanks pcdoc, I always value your useful feedback. Pcdoc, what do you mean when you say generally 'static' site?

nothing changes, content, links, pictures, mostly everything except for the MLS info which is almost never spidered, that's the beauty of blogs, rss, and including the rss feed in the home page of the site. Just think of the majority of real estate sites, owned by those that are not 'net savvy', those sites never change.

If you don't buy the site... let me know and I'll snag it up.
![]() Also... why not snag the site up and create a page around your largest KW.. this way you will have 2 sites ranking well.
