Hi Memphis, I assume by your username you are talking about the site on dev9

Which Browser are you using?

When editing a page in the cms click the icon that looks like <>
and this will toggle the views.

When do the changes disapear? After you click "update" or when switching views?

Aaron

I went to a normal page and it worked fine. On the home page which for some reason I can only edit by clicking on the "defaults", it was not allowing me to switch between the two (clicking the <>). It would flash then go back to the normal view and disregaurd any changes I performed.

I have tried both IE and FireFox. It is doing it again. I added content to my Gift Card offer page through the HTML format and it loaded fine. Now I am trying to edit that page and it will not allow me to even view the HTML page when I click on the <> button. It appears that I am only allowed to use the HTML editing page once then it locks me out. I have signed out then back in and the same thing. I have closed my other windows in the browser. I am not sure what else to try.

I logged in under expert mode and can now edit in HTML. It is nice being able to switch between the two, though.

Hi Memphis,

Really Strange that it seems to work sometimes and not other times. I will look into it some more as I cannot reproduce the error on my side, this makes fixing more difficult.
I will do some more testing to see if I can narrow down the issue.

Reason I ask about the browsers is there is actaully two sets of javascript code that the editor uses, one for compliant browsers and one for IE - So it helps me find the any bugs in the code.

Aaron
