I am glad to join this forum to hopefully both contribute and benefit from fruitful discussion.
I am self-employed 23 year-old Bulgarian running my real estate company Siesta Bulgaria providing end-to-end property investment consultancy.The company is based in the coastal town of Bourgas but also operates throughout the country.The unique selling point of my enterprise is advising on property that is not on my inventory list,end-to-end service,upright personal integrity,smooth communication in English.On the whole,I have tried to incorporate the best management features of the small private Swiss banks.Customer is the king and his satisfaction and trust is the best advertisement you make to yourself.Indeed,it is one that cannot be judged in monetary terms.
Another field where I have focused extensively is property development assistance or as it is called project management-either for personal holiday homes or for commercial?investment purposes.The best investment will always remain land,because as Mark Twain has remarked they have stopped making it.One can add further value on the land by developing it.To give you an idea "turn-to-key" construction costs for a villa in Bulgaria can be as little as 250euro/sqm while for building apartments in a block even below 200euro/sqm.
