Laid Back Chat We are all friends here and sometimes we just want to chat. It doesn't have to be real estate web development all the time, some times we have a new baby in the family, sometimes we have a beef or boquet. Sit back and relax here.

Default Snakes

Hey Morgan, told you Missippi was a fun place!
Makes me home sick!

From todays in box:
Subject: FW: Tallahatchie Snake hunt!
These pictures were taken around the Master-bilt camp next to twin culverts in Lafayette county by Patrick Rhea. Heck I even thought about turkey hunting down there this year........Hum

Last Saturday & Sunday, we had a snake hunt around our deer camp in Lafayette County. Somewhere around 240 cottonmouths were killed in that 2 day period. There was a segment about it on channel 9 news Tuesday night, but I didn't see it. All of these were killed in one 4-wheeler trail that goes around the edge of the Tallahatchie River bottom. We have no idea how many there were that weren't crossing this one 4-wheeler trail, because people didn't ride anywhere else looking for them. Apparently they are just coming out of hibernation and were headed toward the bottom, and had to cross this trail to get there. These pictures only show the first 60 or so that were brought out, but Sunday alone we counted about 180 that were killed and brought out. Saturday we only had 3 people hunting them, and they brought out about 60. Watch where you put your feet.
Doesn't seem as bad as clubing seals!
And now your site should rank in the top 10 for Tallahatchie!
