What in your opinion are the most important pages to get right based on delivery and accessibilty.
MLS? If people can quickly and easily access MLS will they convert? Contact? Do you plaster everywhere, or be subtle? How many times to mention a phone # or where to place the "contact us" fields or links Personal info (About us) do users care? If so what are they looking for in a realtor. Or what do they want to see on your site. Your own listings: Alternative to MLS, do these work more effectively, less effectively what is the best way to deliver. I guess the question we are all trying to ask is when a user hits our site assuming they are targeted, how do we turn them into a buyer or a listing every time? What is the one thing that sways them, (I know I know its not just one thing) but you know what I mean right? Another way to look at it, the perfect template site taht you didnt have to touch, what are the "Must haves" and how must you have them?

isn't it my job to follow you around and check your spelling in all of your posts?

I should have read the whole post you made first. You may want to correct "taht" in your last sentence to being read as "that"

We sure got off track here...
In my opinion, there is NO WAY to convert every targeted visitor. With that in mind, it becomes a numbers game. The more targeted visitors, the more chance for conversion. SO... get noticed in the SERP's and you'll have a better chance. ![]()

wow that's a pretty generalized safe statement Matt, I see you weren't feeling like saying anything too risky today.

Okay, okay...
Here's some more. I personally feel that relocation clients, which is the majority of my web traffice, need area info. Provide area info, do not make them give info to get it. Most will say that requiring a valid email address to search for homes is a great lead generator, but I still do not require registration to view the MLS and my personal listings. Though there may come a day when I do, right now I can't even keep up with the requests that are coming in with out required registration.
