My page analyzer at Submit Fire is showing my default page title description, on my area specific pages.

ie, if you look at my Collierville page or Germantown page they both show
<title>Memphis real estate</title>

I just verified this by doing a view source from the web pages.

Am I doing something at this end to cause that?

It is only doing it in the title and not the meta description.
