Default The Law?

What is the appraisal law in NJ? Is the appraiser REQUIRED by law to sign the appraisal before he sends it to the bank for a loan...or gives it back in general?

I dont see how any appraisal would be valid without a signature. Not sure on the specific law in NJ

No, it is not a matter of it being valid, more of if they are allowed to actually give the appraisal period without it being signed...by accident, lazyness, whatever reason.
