I'm interested in a home in the Los Angeles area that is being listed with an agent but is a probate - "as is" sale contingent on court approval. I can't seem to find any information at all on the web on how to go about pursuing this to see what kind of offers they'd be willing to look at. I do not want to flip it, I would like to live in it. It's in a very nice neighborhood but the house itself needs a lot of renovation. Any information would be much appreciated!
