Default Cache-ing in

I have had the verbally over rated PR of 2 on my index for a few months now, despite being dropped for almost a month and then picked up again.

I am running P2A, and do almost everthing internally. my question is this...
How do I get my entire site cached? thought it was a waiting game and I have played it for some time with no results. I try to add and update content, and I am slowly revamping my site. I currently run 2 sites, one for mortgages and 1 for real estate.
My Mortgage site www.lynkmortgage.com is entirely cached yet my RE www.sellitincentralflorida is not. There is a google site map associated with it and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Once this is done, I would really like to start developing some trades, but know I am not that enticing without being cached.

I am also paying for a few links on some relevant sites, and those are not showing up on my inbound link checks, although when I go to the site, I see the link and they have a PR3 last cached 04/02/06 What am I missing??

PS Don't beat me up, I am wingin it here!

Hey there Fall guy. Welcome to the site. There are a lot of friendly helpful people here.

Anyway, it looks like most of your site is only 1 or 2 clicks deep from the homepage. With that in mind your paltry PR2 should actually be enough to get you indexed. You could try getting a high PR link from someone who has them to be offered and you'll get indexed a lot faster. People say PR doesn't mean anything, but with the appropriate disclaimers it is still a helpful gauge of a site.

Another thing to watch for is your linking style. It looks like you're using some Java on some of your links? If so, that will be hard for the SE's to cache. Your footer links have a lot of excess code attached to them, but they should be ok...so it's just a question of time until your directory gets indexed.

You just have to love template based websites. I am guessing thats the java issue and the extra code is because of it as well. I guess I will have to break out the checkbook and look for some respectable one way links to attempt to get google to cache me more frequently. To bad consumer reports doesn't have a release on link buying guide.

Thanks for the input Cecil, I knew about Real Estate webmasters over a year ago, but got tied up in the money in a loose market, guess its time to go back to the basics.

My P2agent sites had no problem getting cached in the past, although some pages would be cached at one time with PR & then they'd get dumped, only to get indexed/cached again.

You do need to start out with some good directory links as most others won't link to uncached pages. If possible, try getting some of those to point to important internal pages. If you still don't get cached in a month you might need some further help.
