If we are going to just get started in investing in real estate, what do we need to know about titles? If we ever rent out a property, we don't want to have to worry about someone suing us and taking everything we've worked so hard to get. What are some better options for titles? How should we word them correctly?

Put the titles into a trust.

Isn't there a way to word the title in such a way no one can touch it? I've heard about wording titles properly, but I just didn't here *how* to do it. |

you would really need to seek the advice of an attorney on how to go about this.

You cannot "word" the title. The name(s) of the purchaser must be on the title whether it is John Doe or xxx, LLC. If xxx, LLC bought the property, that is the name on the title. You cannot create a fictious name. Like Kyle said, seek an attorney to discuss the proper enitity to set up.
