I had an idea.

Anyways....

Here is my idea. Is there any software out there that is like the SIMCity 3000? I would love to make a program just like that with the help of some great coders. With everything on the internet, how hard would it be to get a database dump of sales data from the auditors office? Apply that with some other areas and see what areas that are seeing high turn over , increase of value and so forth. This program would be for investors, not so much real estate agents. I came accross this http://www.gis.com/showcase/index.html and it would just be really neat to have a tool like that to help investors.

Am I crazy or do something like this already exsit?
