720 leads per month? How many sales does that translate into?

Tim, I dont think you can equate this months leads with this months closings as they are not correlated and it is much more complicated to track.
Of those leads some may convert right away, some may convert 3 months from now, and some may convert next year (Some wont convert at all) It's all in the follow up systems and building your pipeline. Dont ever give up on a lead as you never know! But back to my point, you cant directly correlate this months leads to next months sales. It also depends on sales ability to which varies much more greatly from agent to agent than % conversion from website to website I would image.

Yes I know there a lot of variables. Which is why I asked how many closings he's getting from his leads just out of curiousity.
If I knew of a concrete formula x leads = y closings I wouldnt have asked. |

But that is the thing, there is no concrete formula - it is as unique to each person as their fingerprints. Some agents will close a deal in 10 leads, some will never close a deal. Like I said, its sales skill, its area, its all sorts of things that cant be combined into a reliable mathematical formula.
Certainly there would be "averages" that could be calculated nationally, or regionally but they still wouldnt apply to individual they would just be stats. Quote:
