Hey I was just wondering what state do you guys think is the biggest market in the USA?

When I firsted started my website I thought it would be New York or some other huge city, but it almost seems like Illionois and Minnesota are very big lately.

What do you guys think as far as growth and amount of sales?

Are you talking about volume of properties or $ amount of properties? In New York prime commercial land is going to cost a lot more than in Boise Idaho, however in Boise there is a lot more room for growth and more land available so more lots are likely available (I used Boise for example purposes only)

I am talking more volume of sales. Which states have the highest growth? You are thinking Idaho? Or do you think there are many regions?

You can't forget Arizona and Texas, they hold over half of the fastest growing cities in the U.S. Also, Arizona was the 2nd fastest growing state by population in 2005, just under Nevada's 3.5%.
