I am going to have Phil provide you with a quote, however please realize that we cannot duplicate the exact buttons that are on any custom as that particular button configuration belongs to the client. We can however create similar elements on your site. For instance here are 2 examples of similar effects

btw, just looked at your homepage content, and you have used "Dallas Real Estate" way to much in the copy, to the point where it makes little to no sense. I suggest redoing that page, as it is more beneficial to write a page naturally than trying to get as many instances of a keyword into the page. Overstuffing keywords does not help with rankings.

These Flash buttons are no problem to create, but they can be a little time-consuming to get "just right". Your site will require some slight layout changes to make this work (The Flash will need to be wider). These animated buttons take about 2-3 Hours to create about another hour for the template modification.

So my best estimate is 3-5 Design Hours ($300-$500).

Could we have the Home, Selling, Buying, Search MLS, About us, Contact buttons moved to the bottom of the flash, like http://www.northcountyluxuryhomes.com/. I think the site will look alot better. Also will the colors remain the same?

One last thing could we move the About Us button to the general tab and add in its place Featured Listings.
