Default sold advertising disclaimer

rew,

im farming a neighborhood and have a disclaimer question. I'm going to have sold information about houses that i did sell and that i didnt sell. what is the right disclaimer for the bottom of the advertisement?

i was thinking something like:
John Doe does not claim to have sold all properties listed on postcard. Sold information was provided by the ABC association of realtors.

thanks.

My local MLS has a specific statement that must be included when using others' listings for sold data mailings. It also has requirements on font size and what data can be displayed. I would consult your local MLS's rules and regs as this would be a local level policy.

If all else fails, call your board. In our MLS, if you are caught misusing data you may end up with a $1000 fine (yikes!)

Yeah first I would consult with your board. But technically if you copy the stats verbatum from your board and then source where you got them (Stats harvested from board xyz from 2004-2005 information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed) something like that would probably suffice.
