I think it's tough for any of us to take off for almost a week, but really this is the only event all year (as far as I'm aware) that brings together most of the high-level Realtor+Internet players.

In particular, I'd say for a pure web person, just going to the pre-conference "software developers" day is probably still worth it ($289). While it's only 45-minute segments, these folks will pretty much define where the bleeding edge is for the next year. And, y'know, it's a roundtable, so it's possible that your question can reshape the landscape.

Okay, maybe not reshape, but at least leave a decent puddle.
