MH financing
Hello all,
Just thought I'd take a shot... Anyone have a good resource for MH Financing? Specifically, Single Wides. I have resources for double wides, but can't get a single financed for beans! We have an awful lot of single wides here, and no one will touch them due to financing. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried JCF Acceptance, Origen, or Greentree?

Yes I've tried Greentree but not the others which I will do now  Thanks for the resources

Locally I use......
Mobile Home Financing Call Pam at first state Mortgage 302 644 6565 Double wides, single wides, leased land etc..... She rocks!!!
