Hello,
I am in the process of developing a site that will be using the NWML IDX feed. I was informed that I am able to use the feed as long as the website doesn't store the data in a database (outside of it's original source). Basically, all I am able to do is Query the data upon request of the user. Would storing minor text details such as the address of listing and MLS # in an XML file be considered as storing the information in another database? I also don't know what the raw feed looks like yet - does anyone have an example of what the RAW (direct) feed looks like? Thanks, FixateMedia |

I don't know who told you that, but it's pretty much opposite of what the truth is. You are required to store the data externally in your own database and build your searches off of that. You can not query NWMLS's data live.
Good luck!! |
